Almost a rosetta in this afternoon’s cortado. Did not have good microfoam and was just messing around with my new 12oz Rattleware pitcher.

Absinthe is better when shared 🍹😂

The final product is milky and tastes like liquid licorice, not a trace of alcohol. It’s 136 proof but diluted nearly 1:4.
